What you need to changeįirstly, you'll need to make sure you're using one of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Chrome 60+, Firefox 52+ or Safari 10+. This will be possible once all of your email addresses are updated. Once we've updated your email, you won't be able to go back to the old layout. And we may not update all your email addresses at the same time so some customers will temporarily lose the ability to switch between their email accounts when using webmail. Not everybody will see the changes at the same time and it will take a few months before all email users enjoy the same experience. You can still sign in to your email via by clicking on the Email link in the top right-hand corner of our site. To manage them, just log in to My BT with your BT ID. Your email address will stay the same and any additional email addresses linked to your account will still be there. Your new email still has all your favourite features, but is more streamlined and lets you organise and personalise your inbox and folders.
